I frequently visit this restaurant, and I always have issues with the Hispanic man who takes orders in the morning - he consistently gets my order wrong. It frustrates me that companies often place employees who do not speak English well in important positions where clear communication is essential. The food is always cold and the fries are always stale. I have been living in Champlin for 5 years, and this is one of the few places that bothers me. They really need to improve, especially after recently raising their prices. Additionally, when you order a large, they only fill it one inch from the top every time, which doesn't make sense.
The food at this location is normally pretty good. The baked goods are fresh EXCEPT FOR TODAY. The blueberry muffin I got was as hard as a rock which meant it was old. The minute I took it out of the bag I could tell it was old. Rock Solid....Why even put it in a customers bag.
It's a McDonald's. Far from the worst, but the food is about par. On this visit, fries were cold and my sandwich was a bit sloppily out together. Still, not terrible, and it's not like one expects much better for fast food.
The counter service was good. The price I paid for the food I bought was worth it.Parking: Plenty of handicapped parking, with just a few non-handicapped parking spots.

Was in earlier today and got a big breakfast with hotcakes and got it without syrup butter or knife or fork had to go to the counter and ask for
Ordered a fish fillet, received a chicken sandwich in a fish fillet box. Drove all the way back. No apology from staff.
less than 2 minute trip for a black coffee via the drive-thru but it was perfect. great staff and fantastic coffee.
The restaurant is inconsistent. Often times, the fries are soggy and the chicken sandwiches are overcooked or old.
