I waited almost 25 minutes to get a single soda!Then the cashier lost one of the coins I paid him with, so i gave him ANOTHER coin. He started to close the window, and when I gave him a strange look, he asked me Oh, you want your change? . Are you kidding me? I had to tell him that that yes I did. Then I had to wait some MORE while he summoned someone to open the drawer. He then handed my a single penny, which was not my correct changeI then had to explain the coins I gave him, what they added up to, and finally what he owed me back. Upon handing me the correct coin, he stated that 's what I thought , which made no sense because I had to explain the whole equation to him. I can 't fathom why...
Ok I am putting this review out there for the people that want to bad mouth us. We try our best at night's at least but the night crew gets the wrong end of the stick and are always working with a skeleton crew due to labor cost, cut us night crew people some slack. How would you guys feel having to do 3+ positions all at once and being expected to perform just as well as if the proper amount of staff was thereEdit: I also see people complaining about self serve and refills, we are a franchise location our owner sets certain rules we have to follow and also saw some reviews involving ice and drinks, it's not rocket science that ice takes up space thus giving you less of the drink
The same thing happened today, with a male manager this time. He told us we ordered incorrectly, but we showed him the receipt to prove the mistakes were on their end. Despite this, he refused to apologize or offer a refund. He remade the drinks, but they were wrong once again, leading me to suspect it was done intentionally.
It is unacceptable that we paid extra for delivery only to have to return the items and be treated disrespectfully.
I had a terrible experience at this McDonald's location. My husband ordered a 10-piece chicken nuggets, a medium 4D meal, and a Big Mac, but only received the drink, nuggets, and sandwich. We did not get a receipt so we can't go back to address the issue. This has happened twice in less than 6 months. I do not recommend this McDonald's location as I have never had this problem at any of their other restaurants.

I forgot to ask for no ice in my medium coke so I took it out when I got home. I couldn't believe when there was less than half left after I took the ice out! I measured 9 ounces. Supposed to be 21 ounces I just read. It's not even filled up for a small. It's literally the only thing I got and the entire reason I stopped there. I feel like I just got my money stolen.
I visited the restaurant around 1:10pm on January 21, 2024. The young woman working at the second drive-through window was wearing AirPods. She didn't hear us when we asked for a straw, even though we spoke loud and clear. We waited at the window for about a minute and a half before she finally noticed us. When we requested a straw, she responded with an attitude.
I recently visited a restaurant and was surprised to find out that there is a 30 cent extra charge for a chocolate milk in a happy meal. The prices are already high enough for the low quality food they offer. When I asked the employee at the window about this, she said she had no idea.
Ordered on the app Sunday morning. Arrived 10 minutes after placing my order and then proceeded to wait in the pick up spot for over 30 minutes. Was not given any reason for the long wait, staffing or otherwise.

Only had gotten a wrong order once. I didn't think it was a big deal, so I went back with the food and receipt as proof, hoping to get it replaced. I got charged for it.
No refills. No service. 12 orders were received after mine and filled before. Ignored when waiting to talk to someone. Will not give this location my business again.
