In the future, it would be great if staff could listen to customers more carefully. We're not trying to create problems; we just want our correct orders. There are plenty of other fast food options nearby like Bojangles and Chick-fil-A that handle these situations much better. They take the time to check with customers when there’s a mix-up. With everyone having a smartphone with the McDonald's app, it’s easy to provide proof of what was ordered.
Overall, I think there's room for improvement in customer service skills here. They’re essential in every job.
This McDonalds CONSISTENTLY has milkshake and frappe machines WORKING. For that alone I would give five stars. But they also have great service, even at times when they're severely understaffed or lines are long. They must have patience as a jobrequirement. I live nearby, so I've seen plenty of workers come and go over the years. Always well mannered, always on point.
After spending the entire night in the ER, I was craving some hot food. Most of the items were piping hot and delicious, but I found the hash browns to be a bit too greasy for my taste. Additionally, it might be a good idea for them to clean their drink machine, as the Sprite didn’t taste quite right.
I can't comment on the atmosphere since I went through the drive-thru, but I had a craving for a Big Mac (I usually indulge in one about twice a year). It tasted just as I remembered, which is a positive thing. The fries were, as always, fantastic. After all, it's McDonald's!

In ALL my visits to this location, I ordered specifically to have a freshly made sandwich. I got THE WRONG THING every time I ordered there. I won't be going back often, if at all. If you can't get it right, you're going to lose customers.
Today, my son ordered his own meal at the restaurant. The cashier was friendly and patient, helping him choose exactly what he wanted. The drive-thru was efficient, and his food was prepared with care. He had no complaints at all.
Food was expensive and it was horrible. We waited in drive thru for over 15 minutes and the food was cold when we got it. Also the service was not friendly, you could tell they were not happy to be there.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. They offer plenty of parking, are child-friendly, and have a ramp for wheelchair accessibility.

Had not eaten McDonald's in a while.but I had a chance to and it was so good like at home.
Love their smoothies just wish there were more healthier items to choose from.
