One of the worst McDonald's experiences I've ever had! I kept showing up around 1 a.m., and despite it being a 24-hour location, it was always closed with nothing more than an apology. Today, I ordered a ShamRock McFlurry, but they gave me a regular Oreo McFlurry instead—and the cup wasn't even filled properly. They didn’t provide the usual straw for the McFlurry, so when I tried mixing it, the Oreo just spilled everywhere. To top it off, it was just plain vanilla ice cream inside! I ordered a Filet-O-Fish sandwich with extra tartar sauce but received a tough, overcooked sandwich with no tartar sauce at all. I also got two drinks and nuggets, but my sauces and straws were missing. I don’t expect five-star service from McDonald's, but you’re falling short on fulfilling the most basic requests. Please improve!
I placed an order through the app, and it took around 7-8 minutes to arrive. However, I was surprised to wait an additional 5-6 minutes for my chicken nugget Happy Meal and Quarter Pounder with fries and a drink. The order wasn’t large, and the restaurant didn’t appear to be very busy.
All I wanted was a McFlurry that’s it. They hand me a small cup with ice cream in it and M&M’s on top. I can go to the grocery store and get that for half the price. Just say you don’t have it or your machine is down and give me a refund.

I stopped at the McDonald's drive-thru on my way to work. I usually order two extra sausage egg McMuffins, but this time they gave me two plain sausage McMuffins instead. When I tried calling to resolve the issue, no one answered.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Yall are LAZY and struggle with following an ITEMIZED order! When the order calls for 3 breakfast sandwiches and it comes with ONE....the problem is you. Will NEVER order from this location again.
OMG the customer service was great and the coffee ?? was fantastic ???????? I asked them to add Carmel syrup and he did it just right delicious ????
The food is usually served hot, and the service is decent, though it can vary depending on the staff member.

Got my food quick....it was tasty...only problem....no napkins in takeout bag...no condiments in lobby...
I was disappointed that they charged me an additional $2 for a refill, which I thought was unfair.
