I have never encountered such a dysfunctional restaurant before at night. I witnessed inappropriate behavior in the kitchen area. The cups are always visible and the place constantly smells like weed and alcohol. The workers are competent during the day, but they are extremely rude and enjoy gossiping about customers, especially if they think the customers don't understand Spanish. I don't mind being insulted to my face in any language. Honestly, I am considering reporting this place to the health department as I have not seen anyone wearing gloves, hair nets, or other required food safety equipment. People would rather go to another McDonald's even if it means waiting an extra five minutes.
The restaurant doesn't have their act together when it comes to their food, especially the burgers which were cold and not even slightly warm. They seem to pre-make them and then throw them in a warmer to save time, but for me it's not working. Don't get me wrong, some burgers are better than others, depending on the location, so it's a hit or miss. They should take a page out of McDonald's book and serve their burgers freshly hot off the grill every time.
I had a great experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent and the staff helped me with my order. The food was delicious and everything was top-notch. The parking location was very convenient with plenty of space available. The restaurant is also very kid-friendly, with spacious seating, safe environment, and a kid-friendly menu.
They seem to prioritize the drive-thru over the customers waiting inside. I waited for almost 20 minutes to place my order and another 25 minutes for my food, which never came. After requesting a refund, I left disappointed. I will not be returning to waste my time there again.

this place regularly issues items from their order. the personal is rude and angry to be there. the franchise property will send them a form letter, but no more. it is a scandal because that is a nice restaurant that is comfortable.
If you order from Uber Eats, be prepared for missing items in your order. I'm not sure why, but this has happened to me multiple times. They are the worst at making sure all items are included in the delivery.
Every time I go through the drive-thru, they never include the sauces I ask for with my nuggets. This has happened multiple times now, and I have tried to overlook it, but I can't do it anymore.
Those on the over night shift are too poorly educated, especially one carla there, try to educate the employees better and make them understand that their salary depends on the client.....

Clean place, fast service. Only problem, they are cheap with ketchup and napkins, but other than that, l had a pleasant experience
Slow service waiting 30 minutes to Order then when I get to the window they say they only have McChickenHorrible service
