The McDonald's in Worland is the worst I have ever been to! Their so-called friendly customer service feels more like being treated as if you were asking royalty to do farm work. It's like pulling teeth to get them to be polite without giving you attitude or nasty looks, and the managers are terrible! I remember going in with my family to order food and they got the order wrong, as usual. When I asked for my food to be replaced with the correct order, they were nice to me but treated the other employees poorly, which I felt was unnecessary. The manager ended up fixing it herself, but when I finally got my food, it was cold! I'm also concerned that there are young kids who look like they just...
In todays world, polite, pleasant and intelligent service is rare. Fast food eateries have major challenges getting good help. 10/8/21 I had Cassandra help me at the drive through. My order was miniscule, I just wanted some quick gut filler food. She was a 20 on 1-10 customer service, articulate, polite and listened . This is rare. The interior of the restaurant is well-maintained and clean. The majority of the staff I interacted with were friendly. It's disappointing that they no longer have a dollar menu, otherwise I would have rated it a 5. However, overall it is adequate for a quick bite.
