For several years this Macdonald has been losing money, but for the last 2 years it's been hell. Wrong order every other time, quality of food which has also lost a lot, not to mention the workers who don't know how to respond to customers like people and who don't care about absolutely anything. At the time it was the reference for other Macdonalds in the region. Now this is a real joke. Only the few employees who have worked there for several years still offer good service!
This McDonald's location in Saguenay is possibly the best in terms of speed, especially for those on the go. The McDonald’s at Talbot is decent. However, I am deducting a star because the prices have been increasing and the portion sizes are getting smaller. I mean, come on! I practically lived next door to a McDonald's growing up. A large Big Mac should actually be large, right? Please consider lowering your prices or giving customers more food for their money.
