The young woman working the drive-thru at McDonald's on July 11th at 7 o'clock was extremely rude and clearly needs to improve her customer service skills. She couldn't understand that I wanted a plain burger instead of a Big Mac, and despite me explaining it multiple times, she kept misunderstanding my order. She even said to us, verbatim, "Can you give me an answer? We need to cook the food," in the most sarcastic tone I've ever heard. On top of that, she forgot the ranch sauce we paid extra for. Overall, a very disappointing experience with McDonald’s menu service.
I’ve never encountered better staff at a restaurant. The employees here are exceptionally friendly and sincere. They provide fresh and delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This McDonald's location is the finest I’ve visited across all of California, and I’ve been to over 50 locations along the coast. It’s truly remarkable, especially the breakfast options. It’s the ideal spot to kick off your day, as you can be sure it will be a great one. A big thank you to Manager Bertha for overseeing such an outstanding establishment.
The service at this restaurant was very rude. The manager, a woman who had been working there for years, was yelling at another manager (a man) in front of customers in Spanish about another customer. This behavior made both the staff and other customers feel uncomfortable.
I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and two cheeseburgers with fries, but they forgot the quarter pounder. The fries were clearly not fresh and had been sitting for some time. Unfortunately, this location lacks quality control. I won't be returning.

A few months ago, this McDonald's location was completely devastated by a significant grease fire. It was an incident that seemed inevitable, given the lack of proper maintenance on the equipment, which posed serious risks to patrons' safety.
Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and 2 cheeseburgers with fries, they forgot the quarter pounder and the fries were definitely sitting for awhile, unfortunately no quality control at this location. Will not go back again.
This McDonald's location in Redwood City is generally not as good as others. Typically, you can expect a lower rating for restaurants in this area, although there are some rare exceptions.
I visited recently and really enjoyed their fries, but I feel I can get better value for my money at Jack's, where the portion sizes are larger. Sorry, Ronnie!

I usually enjoy treating myself to a nice breakfast at this McDonald's now and then, but yesterday morning I was served a burnt McMuffin.
The drive thru line can get long, but they push through quickly.
