I placed an online order at 9 PM and arrived at the restaurant by 9:05 PM, parking in pickup spot 2. By 9:15 PM, I moved to the window as directed by a young employee, only to find my order wasn’t ready. I was told to return to spot 2 and wait outside until it was ready, which meant waiting until 9:30 PM. When I finally got my order at 9:31 PM, it was completely incorrect. The teenagers managing the restaurant seemed overwhelmed, causing customers to wait over an hour while only three cars were served. I went to this restaurant one night to pick up something for my mother, but they had us waiting in the car for 45 minutes without anyone acknowledging us over the intercom. It is 11:08pm, 02/26/2022. I am stuck in this drive thru line. I have been in this line for 40 minutes. It took ten minutes, with one car in front of me, to get to the speaker. I sat at the speaker for 30 minutes (estimated), before anyone acknowledged me at the speaker. I had no other choice but to sit here this long as there are multiple cars in front of me and behind me. Once some came to the speaker, all the young man said was we ain't taking no more order at this time then I heard a young lady laughing. Initially, I waited just 10 minutes in the car drive-thru before opting to place my order at the kiosk. I observed that the staff were not wearing gloves, and one employee was coughing into their hands while handling food. It appeared that there was no handwashing policy in effect. Furthermore, I noticed a woman scratch her face and then continue serving food without washing her hands. Why is this Place still OPEN FOR BUSINESS !!! This place sucks waited in line an hour an was stuck an couldn?t move . No complementary fries, drinks ,burgers or something for the long WAIT! I would give this restaurant one star due to the terrible customer service and the mold on my bun. Unfortunately, I wasn't provided a receipt. When I returned for a refund, they only offered a refund for the food that was left uneaten in the bag. I spent $33 on my order but only received $15 and some change back.

At many McDonald’s locations, the food can often be lukewarm, stale, or taste old. However, I visit this particular location a few times a week, and it consistently feels fresher than others. There are a couple of staff members here whose names I don’t know, but their enthusiasm always brightens my day.

I ordered a caramel iced coffee, and what I received was disappointing. It seems like they're rushing orders inside, as I waited over 15 minutes in the drive-thru. My egg biscuit was nice and hot. I'm only giving 4 stars because they didn't give any jelly and some of my biscuit was hard. Other than that the app ordering process is awesome.
