I arrived around 11 PM for a very late dinner after I had been playing billiards for 4 hours. Service at the drive through was very fast and efficient by KS# 13. I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal and a hot fudge ice cream dish. It was $9.72 for my meal, which I thought was fair, with all the logistic issues in today's America. I ate the ice cream in the parking lot (rather quickly) so I would not have it in my lap while I was driving. That was a yummy hot fudge sundae. Then I hit the road for my 20 minute drive home. I usually come to this McDonald's just to grab something small. Until today 05/16/22 my little brother got me a vanilla milkshake and well I didn't seem anything wrong about it so start sipping it. But then I stopped and I just don't know why I looked at the bottom and I saw some brownish black stuff. I stop drinking immediately I was shocked and disgusted from whatever was in the cup mixed in a milkshake.
The service was quick, but I wish McDonald's would figure out how to bring the correct order to the reserved parking space instead of making customers move up multiple times. It was frustrating to see my order being taken to three different cars before finally getting to me, as the employee struggled to remember what each person had ordered.
It's McDonald's ppl don't expect the freshest, nicest, most nutritional food you've ever had but the ppl that work there are nice and do their job and are likely underpaid for their time. I commend them and thank them for helping me get a McChicken at all hours of the day especially about 4:21pm or so. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Out of all the McDonald's locations, this is my favorite. The food is always fresh, my order is always correct, and the staff is consistently friendly. I believe they have the best burgers around. I typically don't leave reviews, but I felt that this restaurant truly deserves it.
This McDonald's location offers excellent quality. The staff was friendly, although not overly enthusiastic, which I attribute to the lunch rush. They are excellent at accommodating dietary restrictions, always willing to customize orders and even offer bunless burgers.
I was impressed with the new look. Food was good. Disappointed that you can't get breakfast after 9:30. Like the muffin section. Rest rooms very clean.
