I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a quarter pounder meal with hot fries, but when I received my order, the fries were dark brown and cold. I asked for hot fries and was asked to drive up to window 3. After a short wait, I received my replacement fries which were hot. However, when I got home, I found that the fries were greasy and undercooked. I live only a minute away from the restaurant, so this was very disappointing. It seems that the employees at this location do not pay attention to the quality of the food, as even their morning hash browns are cold and greasy. I went to this restaurant to buy my wife a cup of coffee. Unfortunately, my card was repeatedly declined for unknown reasons. Despite being aware of other payment options, I still encountered issues. I couldn't use my banking app because the McDonald's WiFi was not secure. I informed the young lady working there that I would go to the credit union and return promptly. Surprisingly, she kindly insisted that I take the coffee anyway. This small gesture may seem insignificant, but it was something she didn't have to do.

My order was not taken correctly at first, and I had to wait at the pickup window for five minutes before finally receiving my food. Two workers were walking together, rudely telling each other to move out of the way. Their behavior was totally unprofessional.
