I have been working at this restaurant for nearly four years, and every time I am able to put a smile on a customer's face at the drive-thru or in the front counter area, it brightens my day by 100%. Providing customers with a positive and pleasant experience is something I always strive to do while working here.
This McDonald's restaurant is one of the best. The play area is consistently clean, and the food is served quickly and hot. Any mistakes are promptly corrected, and the staff are always friendly and professional. We enjoy dining here with our granddaughters.
I visited the restaurant around 10:00pm and requested a cup of water. The server declined to give me water, as it seems they do not serve it at that time of night. I was surprised by this policy.
