The restaurant is located in a sketchy area with many transients. The service was surprisingly slow for only one employee working on a Wednesday afternoon. The interior was clean and they had a playground for children, although there were no children present. We noticed movement behind the glass where a staff member seemed to be taking a break. Only two cars were in the drive-thru line. The main reason I purchased something was to use the restroom, but it was unavailable due to a sign indicating it was for customers only. I ordered, waited in my car, and ate my burger, which was good. However, no one came out to check on me. Not cool. One star.
The customer service at this restaurant was very poor. I ordered using the mobile app and entered a code for a "buy 1 get 1 free" promotion on happy meals. However, when I received my acknowledgment, I was charged for 2 happy meals instead. When I brought this to the supervisor's attention, they rudely dismissed me, claiming the code doesn't always work. They didn't give me a chance to explain and ultimately refunded me for the extra meal. They didn't even apologize.
The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because the parking lot has so much litter and debris in it every time I pass through it's sort of bothers me. The inside most definitely needs some kind of upgrade but I understand money is tight these days for everyone. So as long as my table ain't sticky I can live with the decor! And their fries suck. I don't know why McDonald's changed them but lately they suck. Go back to the old French fry recipe.
Had a very bad experience here last night. The staff is very very unprofessional. I was in the drive thru lane wating at 10:54pm by the time i got to the speaker it was 11:01 and they didnt let me order because they close at 11:00pm. When i asked for her managers name she said i dont have to talk to you or give you any names. Someone needs to regulate these young kids because they were Extremely rude. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
In today's workforce you come to not expect much from customer service. Seems like it's a chore just for them to do their job. First two representatives were not the most friendly however when I approached the drive up window I was greeted with a warm friendly smile; this person couldn't be more friendly
This restaurant is considerate of the homeless population, operates with transparency, and maintains a focus on business. We all invest our hard-earned money into dining out, and it's important that the restaurant caters to all customers, including those in need.
Nearly chocked on an onion skin on my 1/4lb.er cheese. Also had lettuce sprinkled through out which seemed to be cross contamination with the onion and lettuce trays probably being to close. I guess that's what I get when a high schooler is preparing my food
I had a fantastic experience at this McDonald's. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the restaurant was clean, and the food was fresh. The French fries were hot and crispy. I would definitely give them a 100% on their service quality rating. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
very very rude,! slam the window and drive through not get to ask for serviettes or stroh or anything plus got to ask our order wrong, plus child meal, you know, children are looking forward to mac donald’s they were upset
