I don't expect an enormous amount out of McDonald's, this one however, has to be one of the worst I have ever been to. The employees. Just don't care about quality at all. All. They will just hand you trash and look you right in the face and be like what? They handed me a snack size McFlurry with almost more ice cream on the lid than was actually in the cup When I asked for a new lid the employee begrudgingly complied. He didn't replace the lid though. He just wiped it off a little and handed it back. When they handed out my husband's drink. It was just dripping soda so when he handed it to me my hands just got soda all over them. I'm sure they're short staffed, and I can understand feeling...
Probably one of the slowest drive thrus I've ever been through in my life. Incredibly frustrating. Then the food, it was standard McDonald's nothing special. Definitely not worth waiting 38 minutes to get through the drive through for. The sad part of it is, is this has become a standard for this location. Every time I visit, which is almost daily the time between I order and I recieve seems to increase. This is every visit I make. Tonight I finally decided I'm done waiting in line at this mcdonalds. This McDonald's is the absolute worst!! From being rpped off at the drive thru to giving you someone else's order to charging you an extra dollar or two for nothing extra! I ordered a Happy Meal and a 7 2 cheeseburger meal they gave me someone's order then tried to charge me an extra 3! Told that idiot manager to refund my money and he shorted me 4.10 even when presented with the receipt!! Going to make a complaint with the BBB tomorrow. They have gotten away with way too much. Some may think it's only 4, however nowadays it matters. If I could give these Bozos MINUS STARS I would. It's a little extra farther but Jack in the Box has all my to go burger business from now on.
Tables weren't cleaned. Floor was dirty. Went to use self checkout. Went through the trouble of ordering 3 meals and there were no number cards to place on the table for workers to find us when they bring out the meals. Went to the counter and was ignored. Finally had to go behind the counter and get someone's attention. Then had to reorder the 3 meals again and she said she'd bring them out. Sat at our table for 15 minutes and no food. I ordered a Big Mac and received everything except the beef patties. When I brought this to the manager's attention, they asked if I wanted a new burger, as if I could just decide to be vegan for the day. I was wrongly accused on two occasions and had to deal with my bank over it. They consistently mess up the kids' meals, and we only find out about the mistakes once we get home. I really hope my next order is accurate. They asked for extra fries and no apple slices, but that’s not what they received. This is the worst experience I've ever had at McDonald's!
I appreciate the fact that they did not have the restrooms locked. I needed to use them and without asking to open them I was able to get in and go to the toilet that was appreciated. However the sinks use a hands-free interface and do not both function. Only one of the two things would respond to my hands under it and then when it did it sprayed the water with too much pressure. That it splashed all over my shirt.
The service is friendly, although the waiting times can be inconsistent. While they may occasionally forget your order, they are quick to rectify any issues. Overall, it’s a good experience for a McDonald's.
It's been over 15 years since I've had a quarter pounder with cheese fries and coke. Everything was fresh off the grill. McDonald's your quality hasn't changed the burger was FANTASTIC YUMMY ???? Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This fast food place deserves 10 stars! The staff is incredibly friendly, creating a wonderful atmosphere for a visit. Thank you for a delightful experience; all the people here are fantastic!
