This location was amazing during the pandemic, to the point that we made an effort to patronize this location nearly daily from March of 2020 through the lockdowns... Since then the service at this location has slid from exceptional to mediocre and now to rude. This is a shame Andi hope that the franchisee improves customer service training.
order on the line, mobile app. waited 15 minutes until the pick-up order came through so I could get the pick-up. no warning. through the drive thru, told them I had a mobile order. they told me they never got the order. cannot be moved with an order number. I have no order number, this is the problem. what annoying.
ordered three frozen drinks as $1.65 on the Drive-Thru Reader Board, so that the total should have been $4.95 instead I was calculated $5.25 not a big difference, but if I asked the young woman said I should never be on the prices listed because they are always wrong. what?
