This is my first review and I hate that it’s a bad one. I went today at around 9pm to get a late meal. I have came to this place a couple times only and something is always wrong. Only focusing on my experience today, the speed of service was slow. I got to the speaker and the lady was nice and I got my food pretty quick. I pulled ahead a little, double checked my order, and threw away my receipt as I saw my order was completed. I bite into my burger and this is what I see. I worked in fast food and I have gone to different franchises, NEVER has this happened to me. This restaurant has awful customer service; it's quite unprofessional. The food is overpriced, and it doesn't even match the quality you'd expect for those prices. I waited at the order pickup area for about 10 minutes, and no one came to assist me. When I went to the payment window, the staff were just chatting and ignoring customers. To top it off, they gave me the wrong order. The $10 sausage McGriddle was definitely not worth it!
I visited McDonald's around 3:15 PM and ordered a Happy Meal for my daughter. After placing the order, I took her to the restroom, but I found that there were no toilet seat covers available. When I asked a staff member about it, she just informed me that they were out of stock and didn't make any effort to check or provide an alternative. I really think the restrooms should be adequately stocked for customers.
The drive-thru experience is very frustrating. They often take a long time to take orders, even on slower days when there are still plenty of cars in line. Once you get to the ordering point, it can take almost five minutes for someone to assist you. Sometimes, I even choose to drive to a different McDonald's instead. The wait times are awful, even during less busy times.

This is really frustrating! The manager spends all day yelling at her employees instead of communicating properly, and her voice is quite grating. I waited about 15 minutes for my lunch and just wanted to leave. The tables were dirty, and they don't serve ice or shakes. On the plus side, the location is great.
I can't understand how McDonald's has twice the number of employees compared to other fast food chains, yet it takes them twice as long to serve anything. I've been waiting for my McGriddle for 10 minutes, and they haven't finished a single order aside from the drive-thru.
I grew up with McDonald's in the early '90s, and my last visit really made me realize how much I miss the classic McDonald's experience. It might sound a bit out there, but I feel like people have lost sight of what burgers are really meant to be.
The service is so well here. All my order came out at the same time and ya wont believe it...THE ICECREAM MACHINE WORKS!!??Very polite and friendly service here.For me it was.

It's a McDonald's—whether the experience is good or bad, it's generally the same everywhere. If you order a black coffee, you'll have to wait a little, but it will be ready.
My wife and I enjoy coming to McDonald's for breakfast,lunch or dinner. We enjoy the McDonald's and the Mcchicken sandwich and other food items.
