Went about 7.30 pm Saturday, ordered a drink, apple pie and soft serve, had to wait more than 14 minutes, I could clearly see the kitchen area was messy, chicken nuggets were on the floor, the bins in the restaurant were full and I counted at least 6 meal containers left on various tables after the patrons had left. The priority was clearly being given to the drive through, even the delivery pick up drivers were waiting. When eventually received the order the soft serve was half melted
sloppy service received diet koks wrong by the drive through. While I am here, I add that the restaurant is often very restless/dirty and the toilets are always locked, which means that they have to wait another long to get someone the attention to unlock the door that is likely against Australian consumer right to limit their access. the toilets are also unclean. with the amount they charge for this, they would think they could use enough personal.
Absolute top quality customer service from the lovely manager. We were left without part of our meal a couple of weeks ago but forgot to go back and get the remainder. Went back in 2 weeks later and explained the situation and the manager was so nice and understanding she replaced everything and added something extra, no questions asked. Best customer service on the planet! Made my month.
The restaurant consistently forgets to include the side of chips in the bag with the meals. The employees are rude and lack customer service skills. When I tried to ask for assistance, I was met with a very rude response and the employee acted as if she did not care. The worst we have experienced. I placed a simple order skinny flat white, decaf without any sugar. Only after the 4th attempt they could get it half right! Will think twice before going there again!
could be better!ordered a simple big mac meal and took aobut 35 min to get to me, i was walk in nad it was not eak hour or anything it was 1 pm and i just want to say get your act otgether please
20 minutes wait to say that we have sent out their order, we are too busy. I asked for reimbursement and even that was hard work for them. the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

that was so stale that I couldn't even halve. Cheese toastie was rock hard I could hardly chew, bananenbrot was not fresh. mcstale!
