I tried to contact the customer service Mac Donald France before writing this, but besides walking from page to page, there is no form. I ordered to take away for 18 eur via the terminal. I leave, and realize on the road that my Fanta was not closed.... It rolled all over the car!!! I managed to save 4 nuggets and the salad.... Except that the nuggets sauces were forgotten, but also the salad sauce and the cutlery... in short, I lost 18 eur and I didn’t eat!!! By the way, I don’t have time to come back to express my discontent. It’s just unacceptable!!!
Thanks to shehrazade and catia we were served in time and time, with a bright smile and with the joy of living, I recommend this staff with great professionalism.
Lovely staff and small care with children. They kindly exchanged their desserts, they offered balloons of candy. All this with absolute patience and smiles.
