Visp is probably the worst McDonald's restaurant in Switzerland. The team works completely chaotically and not structured. Lots of mistakes happen; ALWAYS check your order. It's not just napkins or sauces that are forgotten, but entire menus. You wait forever for your orders, but the food is no longer warm when you receive it. The staff are unfriendly. We've been there several times on the way home from Valais and ordered takeaway. Not a single one of the orders was delivered correctly right away (fortunately it was always noticed on site). Not recommendable...
So this system was awesome: 1. Order placed 2. Pay 3. Take a seat and then you are SERVED! The staff was also very friendly.
Food ok. Proximity to the train station. And one of the few restaurants that is open on Sunday evenings
