I ordered s bbq stack burger. Drive thru time was ok. I asked for salt and extra bbq sauce. I got a latte also and had to ask fur sweetener and even a stirrer. Basic coffee accessories. When I got round to eating it the first thing I noticed was no bbq sauce in the double pattie burger. How stupid to serve the widely advertised bbq stack burger with the one thing most important the bbq sauce. Another thousand island sauce is pictured in the add but little if any on the burger. The two patties were quite meaty for a change. £5.00 for this is extreme. The latee was quite palatable,as I usually do not rave about Mc.D's coffee. That night I was very sick. I can blame totally this,but it sure did...
This restaurant is completely useless. Our orders are almost always incorrect. Last week, we had 4 missing items, and this week, a customized burger was labeled correctly (no cheese) but had extra cheese on it. Don't bother getting a larger size of fries, as the large fries are only half filled, so you're just paying more for the same amount. If Downpatrick gets another large fast food chain, McDonald's will be in trouble. We have tried to address the constant issue of incorrect orders with management, but in all the years we have been coming here, it has never improved.
The review title says it all. I went to this restaurant with my mother in the evening. Our burgers and fries were lukewarm, with the burgers closer to cold. The staff were friendly, but whoever is responsible for leaving food out for too long needs to improve. This was my third visit and none have been great, but this was the worst. I should have complained to see how they would respond, but sometimes the inconvenience and wait just aren't worth it.
Did the drive in and although it was fairly busy the queue kept moving and we were served in a reasonable time. Food was normal McDonalds stuff but Mcflurry machine was out of action which seems to be common with McDonalds everywhere in the evening; are they cleaning them at this time?

Went to get a bite to eat for the family chips were burnt and half missing and the burgers were cold staff have no respect whatsoever and forgot half my order can someone please sort this store out or even better close it every time we go it either bad food or a wrong order.
Generally try to avoid this McDonald’s as they are always very slow and no one seems to know what they are doing lol top tip: don’t go through the drive through, if they are really slow that day ur stuck, literally reversed out of the drive through today lol
Got a big Mac, realised there was pickle in the sauce, when I specifically asked for no pickle. Gran tienda aunque la nación de pupilo cuatro veinte.
My orders are always wrong at this restaurant. They either forget something or get it completely wrong. I don't want to deal with them anymore.

About the tenth time order complely wrong decided to only use burger king from now on cant keep putting up with this nonsense
Slowest drive-thru I’ve even been to and frequently get the order wrong. 25 minutes from one side of drive in to other.
