I’ve been to this McDonalds many times, but something REALLY seems to have slipped. I got there at 11am, thinking I’d grab a quick bite on my way home before the lunchtime rush…. It took 25 minutes to get to the pay window of the drive through, even though there were only 7 cars in front of me. We all sat there for 2 lots of about 10 minutes with out engines off, not moving, before beginning the crawl again. Whilst queues can be expected, the whole time we sat waiting there were two employees were on the roof splaying the bird muck and other dirt off the sides of the roof all over the cars in the drive-through . They were laughing and joking between themselves, no showing any care for custom...
Absolutely diabolical! I pre ordered via my mobile, arrived at the drive through to collect at 7.05pm, sat waiting at one kiosk, whilst 15+cars went through the other kiosk yet the driver in front of me was ignored. Finally, around 15mins later, got through only to be told the order would be 5mins and to wait in the carpark. Food eventually came 20mins later, completely wrong order and stone cold. Went into store to complain, and was told the order would be redone, and it would be 5 mins. Half an hour I was stood in there waiting for the food. 1hour and 15mins from arrival to food. Loads of people complaining inside, and the only people getting orders were the delivery drivers for deliveroo...
Avoid ordering from this restaurant unless you enjoy playing a game of chance with your food. They offer a 25% chance of getting what you actually ordered, or a whopping 300% chance of receiving something completely different. Home delivery from here is like a gamble, similar to trying your luck at a lottery. If you enjoy taking risks, then perhaps you should give McDonald's home delivery a try instead. Our experience included receiving a lot of sauce but no nuggets, leaving us disappointed and confused.
This particular McDonald's location seems to be charging £2.39 for a regular latte, while other locations in Wychbold and Kidderminster are only charging £1.99. Isn't McDonald's supposed to have a standard price list?

Sat in a queue for 40 mins once food order was taken it’s appalling . Avoid and all the staff do is try and upswell charity bags or apple pies . I’d rather have fast food
Lunchtime on Monday. Table service. Waited around 10 mins. Busy drive thru. Quarter pounder not the hottest. My wrap and chips was just fine. So all good.
1/5 No milkshakes or frappes like what kinda McDonald’s is this? The only good thing was the floor staff. Wouldn’t recommend if have to be honest.
Always missing items from my order, and living 20 minutes away I haven’t got the time to drive back. Haven’t seen a single staff member smile!

Absolute terrible service on drive through. Takes 30 mins to get to a window. YOU WILL BE DRAWING YOUR PENSION BEFORE RECEIVING YOUR FOOD!!!
