Went to McDonalds this evening and ordered two large meals. Had to wait 15 minutes in the bays for the food to arrive. When it did arrive, the drinks were missing so waited longer for the rest of the order. Following this realised the large meals that I ordered had actually arrived in regular sizes. After complaining it appears that the regular fries had just been shoved in a large box and returned to me. Terrible service.
So I was just wanting a small drink that’s it and I seen it that this member of staff was messing around with his college. You could see the anger and frustration in her face. I felt so bad for her. My order took longer because of this. His name was Aron I couldn’t remember how to spell it. And I don’t think this helped this young lady cope with her job very well.
Always an issue with parking bays when you order for colection. As all bays full with Just eat drivers cas! AL bays?? there are 2 bays only! make more and respect your customers. As the mcdonalds staff can not find where you parked to deliver your order!!!!!! Also orderred dippers 3 times and all times there ere no sauce!!!!!!!!!!!!
Over a 15 minute wait for food from a McDonald’s is poor! 9 just eat orders went out in this time! Maybe they should prioritise the people actually stood there rather than setting out numerous orders for people not ready to even collect. No wonder just eat orders are cold! Drive through tonight had to wait so long, when I asked staff of delay they said due to lack of staff!!!! Poor young staff without senior staff for guidance, shocking shocking. Also peeled off the monopoly stickers to find out of date to claim prize!!!
Drive through Chips were under cooked cold not salted, double cheeseburger was also cold. Finding this quite at lot from this mac.d Burton Latimer one is much better.
Order two large fries which were lukewarm at best. Asked for hot fries and was given warm fries back. Very disappointed as its a pretty simple request. Do better

Clean restaurant in Kettering, with decent quality McDs food which was actually hot when it arrived. Recommend.
