What an absolute joke! My son has had a letter through the post today saying he has a fine of £60 to pay because he stayed 32 minutes in Mcdonalds carpark, apparently according to the fine, the maximum stay is 30 minutes. I appreciate this isnt entirely Mcdonalds fault however when they take 15 minutes to prep your food the remainder 15 minutes isnt enough time for him and his mates to eat and have a laugh. We have gone back this evening to search for the very well hidden signs. We then found a clearly brand new sign saying no parking between 9pm and 6am. So no where on this sign does it state about him not being allowed to stay for longer then 30 minutes but that he can't park there at all,...
I am not one to write a review, but i’ve had to come and write something. I am aware none of this is McDonalds fault, but UKPC’s. Me and my son were just on our way home from a long day in bristol and decided to go in and have a mcdonald’s! food was rubbish may i add.. waited like 15 mins for it and service was disgusting! I got a fine for £100 for not eating my food within 30 minutes! I’m not rushing my 7 year old to eat his food. This parking policy was unclear and we were not aware. Never going back i would rather spend the extra few min drive to go to droitwich wychbold mcdonald’s so i can take my time eating.
I had a terrible experience at this McDonald's in Worcester. I waited 25 minutes for my food, which arrived cold. I ordered a new cheese and bacon burger for over £8, but all I received was a cold large fries and a coke. The service was a joke, with incompetent staff. The only saving grace was the lady cleaning tables, who was lovely. McDonald's Worcester needs to sort out their fast food service.
The man at the drive-thru was very kind, but we found out that part of our order was missing. When we went inside to inquire about it, two girls passed by me multiple times without acknowledging my presence. Eventually, we had to go through the drive-thru again to get everything we ordered. It was quite inconvenient, and the lack of available staff inside was surprising.

Avoid at all costs. £100 Fines are being issued if you are parked for more than 30 minutes. Regardless of issuer, to set up petty reasons for severe fines where no danger is created (parking in a big parking area) in a cost of living crisis is absolutely disgusting. McDonald’s, take a stand here. This is not good enough.
Absolutely shocked ordered a delivery, hour and half later it hadn’t arrived went to store there were orders piled up ,cars waiting in bays for 45 mins and tried to give us food that had been sat waiting for delivery driver for over an hour stone cold refused to recook ! Not a clue what they’re doing absolute joke
I visited the drive-thru on New Year's Day and was asked to wait in a parking spot. In the 30 minutes it took for my order to be ready, my family and I were entertained by a group of rats living in the bushes near the trash bins. Seeing them definitely helped us work up an appetite.
Food is nearly always wrong or cold, 30 minute limit and up to £100 fines on the car park but can take that just to get the food sometimes. Not worth the convenience anymore.

Never knew a retail park especially where there’s a McDonald’s parking you needed to pay parking or only allowed to park 30min when they can get busy if full
Impossible to order and eat within the maximum 30 minutes stay. Expect to get a £100 fine for 36 minute visit.
