Mcdonald's Restaurants

I had a mixed experience with the app at the Longwood Road McDonald's. It worked perfectly when I tried it the day before, but today it kept buffering at the end and wouldn’t let me place my order, even though my money was taken. A coworker asked me to check on it, and a staff member promptly came over with our extra items without us having paid for them yet. The customer service was excellent; she apologized for the inconvenience and didn’t place any blame. It’s easy for people to write negative reviews, but I want to highlight the good experience we had. Well done to the staff! My little one was thrilled in the car.

I visited McDonald's in the Abbey Center this morning, and while the touchscreen ordering system was a bit confusing and impersonal, the rest of my experience was quite pleasant. The staff I interacted with were very friendly, and the food was served hot and tasty. As for the tea, which is crucial for me, it was enjoyable and I have to admit I finished all my cups. I'm quite particular about tea! The restaurant was clean and tidy, and even though the employees were busy with their various tasks, they remained attentive to customers. Overall, a very good experience.

Whenever I get the chance to eat at McDonald's, I always choose them. The staff is friendly and quick, and they've never gotten my order wrong—unlike some other chains, haha!

all gd for a fast bite or late nyt snack. warning word before they double check their order of urinary as they were my order wrong twice and it was the same order
