After ordering food, standing and waiting 20 minutes and only 2 orders gone out I questioned when will my order be ready please (order 31) they were on order 5…. To which they replied it’s not even on the chart yet sorry…. Waited another 20-30 minutes and over hearing a man had waited nearly an hour we decided to get a refund…. Asked staff to refund and there reply was they don’t know how to do it…. I asked to see the manager, they went over to him to which he shrugged his shoulders and carried on doing orders… At this stage the burgers etc were piled high as well as ice creams and drinks just sat waiting for someone to do the order and people complaining of cold food….. I waited another 10...
DISAPPOINTED! Waste of time going here, 2 queues to order at the drive thru you will wait to order yours while the other queue goes down and orders there’s time and time again. Never can get a milkshake either I ordered a plain filet of fish for my daughter no sauce no cheese. Never an issue at other McDonald’s. Picked up my drinks told to park up. Waited 10 minutes food arrived luke warm and filet of fish came fully loaded! I didn’t have time to go in and complain so I won’t be coming back again. Don’t expect much
I ordered through just eat 2 bacon roll breakfast meals and an extra hash brown all 3 hash browns wasn't in there, I tried calling no answer at all so I've emailed head office about it as they either forget part of the food or they forget the sauces or straws. People don't pay you full price for a meal to only get part of it. I've put in a refund request from just eat. I hope head office get mcdonalds sorted or they will sink as people won't put up with only getting part of there food or it being cold.
Ordered food from this McDonald’s today, Absolutely ridiculous waited for one hour it then it added on extra time and now it’s 20 minutes late. I just called McDonald’s to ask them what was going on and the lady who answered the phone at 10:58 pm 25th May 2023 abruptly hung up before I even had chance to speak and now will not answer the phone at all after I have called several times… it’s ridiculous I’ve been waiting nearly 2 hours for “fast food”

Waiting 40 mins for my food. Stood at counter to complain waited 20 mins for someone to speak to me! Blamed the fact my daughter ordered a veg deluxe however this was cold when recieved. The drink I had looked dodgy so left it. I ate Big Mac left fries. Less than 4 hours later, fever, stomach cramps, diarrhoea onset.
If I could give them 0 I would!! Don’t ask for a milkshake you’ll never get one here!! Fast food lol!! Could of driven to Wolverhampton ordered eaten and got back before I’m served here. 3 cars in front 35 minute wait!! Lack of leadership staff not interested!!
Always a long wait in the drive thru. Sometimes one queue just gets ignored. Have to wait in the bays for the simplest of orders. We drive further to a different branch now. Note, closes for 1hr at midnight.
Sausage biscuit fell apart and was terrible tasting. The hotcakes were impossible to cut with cardboard utensils and tasted like cardboard. It was almost impossible to get any help at the counter.

They ran out of buns…. I just can’t compute that sentence since this is McDonalds we’re talking about. It’s like KFC running out of chicken. Absolute disgrace, will never be returning.
