During my last visit, I noticed only three employees working, and they efficiently managed multiple customers with ease. This is a stark difference from other Melton restaurants, where there are often 6-12 staff members unable to handle even a simple order for two waters. I had an incredibly positive experience with the friendly service and staff at this McDonald's. I can't express enough gratitude for how they went above and beyond for me. A few weeks ago, I visited late at night and needed some assistance due to a few issues. Even though it was 12:30 AM, the staff was exceptionally friendly. Not only did they customize my order to meet my needs, but a staff member also helped me make sure I received it correctly. I was genuinely surprised and pleased by the level of service. I get my morning coffee here every day, and I have to say that the service is quick and the staff are incredibly friendly. The food was fresh and delicious but the service was lacking. Even the manager was not paying attention to customers, avoiding eye contact, in his own little world. Service needs improvement for sure but food was good nevertheless. Toilets were shocking.
