McGill's on 61st is always a great experience. The food never disappoints. Steaks, shrimp, Pasta Lobster, so many good options. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. I always recommend the blue cheese KC strip. The featured Cowboy ribeye was incredible. Prices are good as well for what you get. And I always enjoy the ambiance. Quality service as well.
Average high end food. Steak was smaller than normal 7oz fillet and bacon wrapped. One lobster tail was $79. Calamari had little seasoning. Overall good date night with my wife and knew I was spending $200 but food could have been better. I miss Dallas. Probably spoiled on their great steak and seafood scene.
I've always had good experiences here in the past, but this time it took a while for the staff to get organized. It was surprising how many servers walked by customers who were just sitting at empty tables without being acknowledged.
