I'm giving this only 3 rating and not a 2 rating because the apple sangria was very good and the service was very friendly.The food was ok my wife had fish and chips that is supposed to be their speciality. The fish was very over cooked, the tartar sauce was bland and the coleslaw was all Dijon mustard. Not a pleasant taste. I had the grilled chicken breast with a pepper corn and whiskey sauce topped with onion rings and on a bed of mashed potatoes. The whisky sauce was nothing but peppercorns and this covered the taste of anything else in the sauce. The o-rings were vastly under cooked, the mashed was ok. We will not be returning.
There were 10 of us on Wednesday evening. Our waiter,Steve, was great, so attentive which is unusual these days He gave us a private spot where we could all talk and see each other. Most of us had their Bison Burger or Fish and Chips. Both of these were delicious according to all. Only two of us had dessert..the Bailey's chocolate cheesecake...simply amazing....the other had their homemade apple pie with ice cream which was excellent.
We went on a Hockey night with the CH playing and it made for a fun night at the pub. The ales were great and the wings plump and delicious. The sweet curry sauce goes great with the fresh cut fries. My main was the Flank steak salad and it was delicious, although I would ask to hold the soggy veg on the bottom of the plate next time. The rest of the gang went with Club sandwhiches, which were by all acounts just perfect.
Waow! Blown away by the service, Staff and food! Perfect evening with friends ! Left satisfied and with full bellies. Service for drinks was top notch! The Nachos we ordered for appetizer were tasty. Our Mains we waited for a bit but justifiable...it was a busy night and we had a big group BUT the wait was worth it! YUM!!!! Hey I highly recommended

Wanted something different so we stopped. Cool bar with many tv's to watch sports. Waiter polite and gave us his favs. Went with beef nachos and bacon cheese burger. Nachos were huge....a meal for 2 or 3! Burger perfect as were fries. Food came out super fast!!! Good price for the meals. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!
Party of 4 went to have a nice meal and watch a Habs game. Great food, good prices too. Good choice of Beer. Not much of an Hockey fan Pub however, the downtown location is more into it.

Genuine pub. I drop by every time I'm in the area. Never been disappointed by the daily lunch special. Just great food and generous portions.

Came in here on a busy Saturday nightFirst off the service was good the waitress was very nice and always came by to check on us.
