I just got married here on 11/12/22, I had booked the event space per year in advanced subjects, and I'll say all year round Debbie was very helpful with everything I needed. I feel in love with the high ceilings, with the exposed beams, and all the wood....not to mention the amazing, large covered deck that looks over the golf course and past at the mountains. We've also held our rehearsal dinner here. The girls who worked our rehearsal dinner and ceremony were so amazing... and of course the food was amazing! Was too busy sitting my family for a wedding they took care of. At the manager in a restaurant and I would never be busy sitting someone, no matter what happens in my place. No good impression for someone who is a new customer. We'll never give up business again. There were clear tables available that we did not meet the criteria of picky staff.
I personally love having McLindon in our district. It has the best atmosphere and views of the golf course. It is also a great place for an event! Perfect for weddings, class meetings or meetings, and I have also used several times for it. I'd rather eat boss J.J. 's creations than drive to Hickory every day!
Had a birthday party with 18 people. Great service, great food. The next week, my wife and I came back for dinner. Equally good service and food. Beautiful restaurant and bar on a golf course. Highly recommend.
