After being seated, it took nearly 10 minutes for a server to come to our table. We ordered drinks and food, but waited another 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Our food orders were mixed up with another table, and the service lagged behind, with the excuse that they were handling a lot of large parties that day. Special requests, like having mayo on the side, were overlooked, and our table didn't receive all of our dishes at once, which is definitely not acceptable.
When prices are this high, the service should be much better. If they expect to handle the rush during peak hours, they need to employ more staff.
This is my second time here and both times the food and service have been great! The beer selection was fantastic, mine was cold and served within a few minutes. We had the Jalepeno poppers and they were good to. I had the stew in a bread bowl and that was so much food and it was great! The waiter was knowledgeable and quick to get our order in and made several checks on us as we were eating. Very pleased with our experience!
Honestly, was there last night. Best pub food I have ever eaten hands down! Service was a little on the slower side but it was the dinner rush so that's no ones fault. Other than that great atmosphere and amazing food. Definitely reccomend to any one stayin in Stateline/ SLT area
This is always our first stop whenever we visit Tahoe. The food consistently impresses us. However, the service has been lacking during our last few visits, likely due to being understaffed. That said, the servers are always friendly and eager to assist.
