Worst experience ever especially by the District Manager. I did not get her name but I posted a picture of her. She was demeaning and uncaring towards a loyal customer! As I was ordering she rudely interrupted me as I was trying to figure out if I wanted a fountain drink cause they were having issue's with the water. Because of her interruption the cashier charged me for fountain drinks and then I tried to exchange them for plastic bottles but she denied me! I was willing to pay the difference and she insisted I could not do it! She wanted me to pay the whole amount! Growing up my mom and dad used to bring my siblings and myself here to enjoy some family time. So when my sisters and their family came into town for our dads funeral, we wanted to go to a special place to eat and enjoy our shared memories with the kids. But unfortunately we made the wrong decision. My sisters along with their grown kids and their spouses were excited to eat here, we took 3 full tables and ordered over $360.00 pizzas, salad, wing and drinks just to find out that all the tables and chairs were extremely sticky to the point that our clothes were sticking to the chairs. It 's lost on me why people rate this place so low. We ordered through DoorDash and they got here at a reasonable time; not super fast but definitely not omg where 's the food! . But the pizza was great! We got the Tuscon and so delicious! And the cinnamon rolls are amazing too. Can 't complain about really anything except maybe the slices were cut kinda funky, but pfft! The pizza was decent, but I had an issue when I ordered online during work. My wife tried to pick up the pizza with the confirmation number and a copy of the e-receipt, but the staff didn't allow it. She ended up having to cancel the order, get a refund, and pay again in cash. This has happened several times, and it's just too much hassle. We won't be coming back to this restaurant.
Horribler customer service. (Sad part is, I worked there. We never had problems like that. The last time we came back, you couldn't even try the times and the rude employees. Would never go to this place again. Love me n eds, but would not recommend the Lemoore location to everyone. The service level has fallen to a new low (reduced) standard.
I have fond memories of dining at Me n Ed's while growing up, and I recently returned to share the experience with my grandson. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The customer service was terrible, and the pizza was poorly presented. I’ve had enough of it, and I won't be coming back.
