No welcome greeting from staff on arrival, I had to ask at the counter if we could sit at any table. Ordered two cheese and ham panini’s, a tea and a latte what arrived were 2 small brown French baguettes with non existent cheese and a sliver of off the bone ham, with a couple of bits of shredded lettuce and a slice of tomato cut into tiny pieces on the side, at a cost of £6 each. When the plates were delivered we were not asked to enjoy our meal or if we wanted any condiments, we had to go in search of these! Your board clearly stated Panini do you know what a panini is? As for the coffee, not good. Will not recommend or return.
At very short notice on Friday afternoon I rang to order 2 cream teas for collection the following morning at 9.30am. I gave them a real challenge as one was Gluten Free and the other was normal. The owner Andrea was so obliging, nothing was too much trouble. We collected them at 9.30am on our way to Sywell Aerodrome. The afternoon teas were awesome, my Wife said the sausage rolls particularly were the best she has ever tasted. Will definitely be visiting again as our expectations were exceeded.
Ventured into Buckingham to escape the wet weather when camping at Silverstone. Stumbled across this gem of a tea rooms for breakfast. Really friendly accommodating staff, fabulous food, nice coffee at reasonable prices! Highlight of the offering being big breakfast and they do a large size Flat White (a rare thing) We loved it so much we cam back the next day for a repeat visit! Thanks Girls!
I took a friend here for a birthday breakfast. I have to say the staff were delightful! I let one of the ladies know it was my friends birthday and she was able to put a little happy birthday tag into the tomatoe, it was ever so cute! We ordered teacakes with our tea they were burnt, the lady was not very friendly, after asking for the milk to go with the tea she bought me a jug with a chip in it which is such a no no. Then using the toilet it was not clean, with bits of tissue on the floor and basically not feeling up to standard.
The paninis were not very friendly and overpriced. As another reviewer mentioned before, there was hardly any ham and cheese in them. I was not asked if everything was okay. They were not very tasty. I would not recommend this place.
The food at this restaurant is incredible, with top-notch ingredients and reasonable prices. The staff was very welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate our dietary needs.
