Have been here before but now with a giant pram and a little bub. I found it was too hard to get in to order takeaway..but this was not an issue! A lovely young waiter came out and took my order. He even took my card to make the payment for me and came back with card and receipts..I even had an empty bottle for my water which he kindly filled up for me. He was kind enough to even offer me iced water. Being 38degrees today it was very appreciated!The calamari was so tender and the batter for the fish so light and crispy and hot. Will definitely return. Great service. Quick and tasty!
Was talking souvlaki’s with a mate and it reminded me that oakleigh is the great Greek hub in Melbourne so thought I would go get my souvlaki fix. The place was booming the smell in the air so nice so thought I would try out meat me and I tell you it didn’t disappoint I just got the mixed souvlaki and wow it’s probably one of the best souvlaki I have ever had I didn’t want it to end the meat is so flavoursome and cooked to perfection. Will be going back hopefully sooner than later.
I absolutely adore the gyros platters here, though I can never finish one by myself! Who wouldn’t enjoy succulent, tender pieces of meat (pork, chicken, lamb, or a mix) served alongside delicious, crispy chips and fresh salad? And let’s not forget about the amazing bread and dips! If you’re a light eater, I’d recommend sharing one between two—it’s definitely enough!
We had an excellent dinner at Meat Me. Everyone ordered the lamb gyros pitas, which featured juicy lamb, chips, salad, and tzatziki. It was absolutely delicious! I could eat these over and over again. The service was fantastic, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the food was flavorful. What more could you ask for?

I ordered a mixed gyro plate and a meat meter burger with fries. I love the variety of juicy meats, and the combination with the bun is amazing. The mixed gyro plate is fantastic too, but I feel that the portion of Greek salad is small compared to the amount of meat. Overall, I had a great lunch with a friend.
A big venue in the heart of Oakleigh. Plenty of seating inside and out. Big serving on the platters at a good price. Good meat and worth a visit. Don't order the burger, not great and shouldn't be on their menu, everything else is quality besides that dish.
The food here is fantastic, and the portion sizes are exceptional for the price. I truly enjoyed my meal and will definitely return. For just $22.90, I got a generous serving of lamb and chicken salad, along with pita and chips—everything was perfect!
Got lamb souvas plate takeaway. Quantity of both was fantastic, plenty of well cooked meat with minimal dry bits. Nice amount of salad dip. Chips were the only negative, soft in need of seasoning. Well priced, will be back.

Food is fantastic, fresh and good price per head. Go their hungry because they will feed you. Only bad thing is the live music is very very loud which makes it's difficult to talk.
