I recently dined at this steakhouse and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. During my meal, I found a plastic piece in the steak, posing a potential choking hazard. The chicken on the mixed grill platter was dry, and surprisingly, no effort was made to acknowledge my companion's birthday, which was a special occasion. Despite the concerns raised about the plastic piece, there was no discount or compensation offered. I hope the restaurant addresses these issues for future patrons.
definitiw the best customer service I've ever experienced.from someone who dives a lot. the personal was so attentive and has accommodated us in every need. the manager rob was a1! bottle of wine on the house when we arrived and gave free samples of various cocktails, of which we were not sure. also helped us to select exactly what we wanted. eating was absolutely fab! would recommend sharing the fajitas plate a total of 5 stars from us. will definitely return!
Disappointing all round really, from the moment we arrived our booking didn’t show up on their program. I had the brisket, mac n cheese and some friends the ribs. None of it tasted like it had been anywhere near a bbq or smoker. The waitress was wearing a coat and I couldn’t tell who actually worked there. All in all really disappointing and a poor attempt at bbq food, if you tried serving this in Texas you would be shut down!
Wow €54 for 2 is a stunning piece of meat artistry. Excellent food, great value, lovely view and great service with a smile who could ask for more! A must if you visit the marina Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
excellent on all the paellas that made us one of seafood and one of chicken with ribs I advise the cook and the fresh meat the fresh wings and fajitas of another higher galaxy
