This is my 3rd time at MeatLiquor Brighton! Each time I have taken somebody new and they have loved it! It's not for everybody; dark, loudish music, and very basic tables. But for me, this is perfect. The food is amazing. Never had burgers like it before! And the sides are all amazing too! I love that it is served on a tray to encourage group interaction, and then a roll of kitchen towel is provided instead of plates! And I have never been able to complain about the service! Very friendly and very helpful. This is a unique place, and if it wasn't for the fact that this place is perfectly individual, I would ask for more!! :
I'm here with my friend for birthday. we both loved the atmosphere, it was very casual to a good wise! it looks like a club from outside with neon light, but has a nice warm feeling inside. we ordered both burgers and chips that came together on a tablet. we also liked this because it is different than most other places and we like a variation. cocktails were also really nice and a really great choice to choose! the staff was also very friendly!
It's about meat and liquor. Forget the vegetables and the steamed fish and prepare yourself for fried meat with chips and covered in cheese. Not the finest but really helping crew and good prices. They were out of any chicken but apart from that, a nice place to pig out.
The food was great and the service good. However the music was so loud we couldn't chat and spent the time trying to lipread- which isn't something I expect to do when I go out for dinner. This would probably be different if you went during the day.

I've been here twice now and the food is pretty good! I've had the halloumi burger and cheese fries which were both great.
Our food was great, but we had the bad luck to be in a bit of a hurry as we were running late for a birthday.
A little class volume would've been nice. We like sauce ticket a little bit class would be nice.
a great restaurant with a great atmosphere. if you like burger and fries, and you will love it.
