Great food! I have visited mecha at their other location. This one is as good or better than the other location. We had the KFC bao buns, Saigon spring rolls and BBQ ribs for appetizers. The bao buns are worth trying. I would avoid the spring rolls as it didn't have any flavor. The ribs were decent. For main course we have the spicy miso ramen and tonkotsu ramen. Ramen was excellent and this is what makes this restaurant awesome. The seating area was clean and the interior decor reflects the great food they serve here. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place for their ramen.
The ramen noodles here are truly outstanding! I ordered the Tonkotsu ramen with extra bamboo shoots, while my husband opted for the Pho Bo Vien. The broth of my ramen was incredibly flavorful, and the egg had the perfect consistency. The pork belly was also delicious. My husband enjoyed his pho, too; its broth is lighter and less thick, making it ideal for summer. The service was prompt, and our waiter was both friendly and well-informed, taking the time to explain each add-on. We will definitely be returning!
Their ramen noodles are absolutely amazing! I ordered Tonkotsu ramen with added bamboo shoots and my husband got Pho Bo Vien. The broth of my ramen was so savory and the egg was cooked just right. The pork belly was very delicious. My husband liked his pho as well. The broth is not as heavy and thick and is perfect for summer. The service was quick and the waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what each add on is to us. We?re definitely going back.
Love this place, they have very good arms, their strawberry Boba is amazing if they still had the Mango Boba! If you are not a fan of mushrooms, try the mushroom dumplings! They taste the mushrooms! Thank you later and they are so good, the sauce is usually a little heavy on the salt, but it is still delicious? My good is also the chicken frame, without Nori or Memna, and an extra egg! Try it! Delicious food, great staff. I always love coming to Mecha, but most especially when I'm craving some noodles or steamed bao or boba. The food here is delicious and never disappoints. I also really love the atmosphere of the place, with the low lighting and unique architecture. It adds a whole other aspect to the experience, and gives the restaurant a dynamic feel which I just can't get enough of. Love this place!
The best ramen you'll find outside of NYC. While my favorite ramen places are in New York, where you can always count on dishes crafted by true ramen masters, this spot definitely serves the finest ramen I've tasted away from the city. I've also heard their pho is excellent, but I haven't had a chance to try it yet.
The beef short ribs were quite delicious. The meat was flavorful and very tender. The bread was light and not greasy, though I would have preferred it to be a bit more flavorful. The Thai iced tea was excellent and wonderfully balanced. The service was also fantastic. I would definitely return to try more dishes.
Fantastic spot with the best noodles in the area! There are plenty of seats available, including some outdoor tables. The waitress was very knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations. To West Hartford one first and then this, best restaurant ever. I'm sure I left a 5-star review in West Hartford and said the same, but their sauces are the best sauces I've ever had in my life. I'd give him a million stars if I could. In any case, your stomach makes you happy.
