We’ve been dining at Mediterranean Cuisine for years, even though there are several other Mediterranean restaurants on our way to this Brentwood location. The food here is incredible and consistently good. I particularly enjoy the lamb and chicken with rice and hummus. The Greek salad is excellent, and the seasonal lentil soup is the best I’ve ever tasted. You’ll also notice the outstanding service; the staff are incredibly friendly and always greet you with a smile. They put in a lot of effort to create a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant!
The Greek food was absolutely fantastic! The lamb gyro was served hot and had a lovely, subtle blend of spices. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her Greek salad wrap, which was packed with fresh vegetables and accompanied by a pleasantly tangy Greek dressing. To top it all off, the baklava was delightful—perfectly balanced with just the right amount of nuts and not overly sweetened with honey. Overall, everything was perfect, especially with the exceptional service we received. It made for a wonderful dining experience!
The service was outstanding, with incredibly kind and accommodating staff. Unfortunately, the food fell far short of expectations. The meat was dry and tough, chewy, and lacked proper seasoning. The Greek dressing was based on vegetable oil—where was the olive oil?! I don't think I'll be coming back.
Aside from the falafel, I think they offer the best vegetarian plate in Middle Tennessee. The flavors are quite simple, but everything is always fresh and delicious. Always best Mediterranean food I've ever had. The chicken and the lamb are always super tender. The humus and tabouli and rice are all authentic and wonderful. The owner is always there. Their customer service is also top notch. I love the hidden location. Very peaceful.
Lovely spot for a quick lunch that tastes great and is generally reasonably priced. I 've probably been there about 20 times and I 'm just now getting around to reviewing. If you want Greek food that 's a notch above most fast food greek restaruants, check em out.
We stopped there for lunch on the day to Dallas. We have ordered Falafel, hummus platter with meat, Combo Platter and Shawarma Pocket. All the foods are good and service is very fast. There is also outdoor tables beside the pond.

Everything was fast and delicious! I couldn't choose which was better: the lamb gyro or the chicken shawarma. Both were outstanding, and the spinach pie was fantastic too!
