Solid fast casual. This place has been a go to for years! It feels the the food is fresh and well cooked. Simple but good. With an abundance of to-go orders they seem to pay less attention to the customers on site but everywhere has staff troubles nowadays. Watch out, the kalamata olives have pits!Food: 4/5

This is my go to spot for lunch. You cannot beat the Business lunch special for value. While other restaurants have either increased prices or decreased portions because of inflation Mediterranean Grill has done neither. Post COVID it has consistently been the best value in Midtown.Food: 5/5

Solidly average mediterranean place. Got a falafel sandwich and it was fine. Nothing wrong here, but also nothing special.Do love that they are one of the few places around open later when I need something in a pinch.Food: 4/5

customer service is great. However, the food just isn’t fresh like it use to be. The falafels are extremely cold and taste as if they’ve been frozen. not fresh honestly very disappointing.
