How to say I loved it. In a break an evening on the holiday road, we wanted to find a small restaurant that was not taken into consideration. Fortunately, we went there in the week because it would have been sad to miss him! We were able to eat on one of the 3 restaurants, which allowed us to enjoy the chef and his work. Throughout the meal, we were able to appreciate the finesse and passion he puts in his kitchen, while discussing with him local products and quality that he put in his dishes. And what dishes... I love good pizza, I never ate a good dough. Light, generous, alveol and perfectly cooked with wood fire. Much more than a good table, it was a very warm human encounter with the lea...
We're leaving the restaurant. How to say... It was just EXCELLENT. My burger was delicious! I wonder if it's not the best burger I ate in my life and I love eating, I've made restaurants. The decor is very nice and warm. The manager is simply adorable and super passionate about his profession, his great humanity and his little care for the client, he is simple and family-friendly. I hope I have a restaurant of the same name in Amiens, really.
A first tonight on site directly and not to take away. Pizzas are already very good in port but on site... They are even better. Always win the top. A safe value!!! Best local pizzas with good local products! So being visiting to see the family passing through Medine who always welcomes with a smile. Bravo and continue like that!
