This Cambridge restaurant is one of the top curry spots in town. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere and decor are delightful and tidy. What really stands out, though, is the food - it's incredibly fresh. Be sure to try the peshwari naan, which smells heavenly and tastes amazing. Every item on the menu is wonderful, especially the chef's signature dishes. While delivery is an option, it's worth visiting in person to fully enjoy the Meghna experience.
This review has been written after few visits: as usual it is based on food quality, staff attitude, atmosphere and local-standard value for money. Nothing exceptional but a good Indian restaurant to eat at. I didn't gamble from the outside; and although I didn't find the inside so welcoming, the food and staff changed my mind. Over the last twenty years I have been travelling for business (and not) reason and I have discovered a lot about the world of catering.
The restaurant messed up half of our order, sending us two onion rice dishes instead of the pilau rice we had requested. Although they did replace it, it took 25 minutes and the replacement still had onions in it. By then, we had already disposed of everything. The chicken korma had an odd taste, the poppadoms were stale and soggy, and the mint sauce tasted like plain yogurt.
Ordered from here on Uber Eats two times now, and it is amazing. Best curry I have ever had in my opinion. Highly recommend this place, the food makes you feel very satisfied. Really recommend the Korma and Bombay Aloo, so delicious!!! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This restaurant serves one of the most delicious curries I have ever tasted, and I have visited many Indian restaurants. I highly recommend trying this place if you are in the area.
2 of the containers had leaked quite a lot creating a lot of mess and meaning we lost half of 2 of the 4 curries so didn’t get what we paid for. The food quality was good though.
One of the best Indian restaurants in Cambridge for dining in or takeaway. Restaurant quality takeaway food that’s full of flavour and arrives hot, highly recommended

"visited la maison du steak with adult and children eating was good service was ok best spent on eating plus a manditory service fee of whitch I did not ask to pay, but was said I did not have any choice because the manager was not on this day it unpopular mine, but it is not our culture in Britain to pay service fees so that it lets down the cleaning"
