Im August 2013 habe ich mit einem Freund die Meglisalp besucht und eine Nacht in einem sehr schönen, neu renovierten Zimmer verbracht. Wir haben dort 3 Mal gegessen, Mittagessen, Abendessen und Frühstück waren im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen. Wer hätte erwartet, dass sich ein solcher kulinarischer Schatz in den Schweizer Bergen befindet?! Die Mahlzeiten waren nicht nur gut, sie waren brillant, erstaunlich und in einer unvergleichlichen Atmosphäre serviert! Verpassen Sie nicht die Alpen, ein abendliches Gebet, das jeden Abend gesprochen wird. Sie werden dem Himmel ein Stück näher sein!
for the first time I experienced the alpstein and especially the meglisalp. I was thrilled all around, very good food, with very friendly hospitality, in a cozy atmosphere. the rooms are clean and sufficient. would describe it small jewel in the middle of the mountain....usually prayed.
Wir waren dort zum Mittagessen während unserer Wanderung in dieser Gegend. Wir mussten vom Gipfel herunterkommen und sind dann zurückgegangen, um die Wanderung fortzusetzen. Es war ein steiler Abstieg, den ich hasse. Aber es hat sich gelohnt. Essen und Aussicht waren großartig!!

Nach 2,5 Stunden Spaziergang dachten wir an ein schnelles Mittagessen. Zu meiner Überraschung war das Essen so lecker. Die Suppe war ausgezeichnet! Ich würde wieder dorthin gehen, wenn das Restaurant in der Stadt wäre!

eating is good, the personal friendly and the location unique! from here many great hikes come. the dog can even go to the room!
