Reserved a table for a large party. We waited for 45 minutes to be seated, despite having a confirmed reservation well in advance. We were served appetizers fairly promptly, but main courses took an additional hour to prepare. The chef himself came out to apologize to our table, as most of the hot food we had ordered arrived cold. While the food and presentation was superb, the service was severely lacking, especially at this price point.
I took my friend to birthday and had a very good time. eating is excellent, although I expect more from the diamond roll (perhaps more leek sauce). something to increase the taste of the roll. personally it tastes like a tuna avocado roll, although a very good one. other than that, service was excellent, ambiente and music were great, and the rest of our food was phenomenal.
Megu was amazing about 10 years ago, now the polar opposite. Literally only had one special an left. It was so fishy, flavorless, and disgusting. At $26 why would we continue eating?! There were stains all over the cushions, the bathroom reeked, the staircase down smelled like wet dog, and it looked like a busted 2 star hotel from the 90s, with terrible loud music. DON'T GO
I've never paid this much for sushi. A $250 meal was no better than what I normally pay $50 for. You are obviously only paying for ambiance. I would have expected mouth watering food for the price. I've paid for meals from Michelin star chefs this expensive and it was worth it. This place, not so much. Meh. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Go for the Steak (they have different cuts) but the presentation is amazingGive the charred Brussels sprouts a shot..it was delicious.
we just ordered little teller, but everything we had was fantastic. the atmosphere was hip and fun and the staff was great.
