I have been using the Meherin for years now, takeaway, Christmas, Birthdays etc. and it is the only consistent indian restaurant I have come across. Taz and his team are the best, friendly service, great knowledge on the dishes. Myself and my wife have been tonight, Sat 22 June 2024, for my birthday, Papadoms and chutney, chicken tikka south indian garlic (which is one of the most tastiest dishes I have ever had), fish bhuna, garlic rice, chips, keema naan and 2 1/2 pints of Lal Toofan £65. Been a few times over the years. Not been for a while was always good. We booked and table was not ready when we arrived. We ordered drinks but got the starter first after asking 3 times for our drinks. It’s was busy tbh. But the main came quickly was surprised. When it came it was watery with no flavour very bland. The portion was small to. The worse bit they charged us bang on £55 for 2 mains shared a rice and a portion of onion barji. I have 2 pints and my partner had a Malibu and lemonade. We come to Blackpool for a few days, it's Friday night we wanted an Indian takeaway, went onto Google, this restaurant come up, so glad we found it. It was beautifully cooked. We stayed in Thornton. The delivery was longer than expected due to the riots (not their fault. The phone line was easy to connect too. We ordered the mixed grill starter, chicken tikka masala, 2 X naan bread, chips, poppadoms, sauces and salad. Well worth it. Clear plates at the end. Would definitely recommend if you are a local or visiting the area.
Absolutely OUTSTANDING. My partner orders Vindaloo and Pilau rice, I order a Raza with Balti sauce, onion rice, garlic and coriander nan, a chapati and popadoms, and mango chutney. This is by far the best Indian food in the Fylde, my partner’s favourite food is Indian and he has tried everywhere and is hard to please but he gives this establishment 10/10. The flavours are so tasty. Other places can be good but there’s never any consistency, with Meherin we have NEVER had a bad meal. We can’t wait to order again soon. Julie.

I live just around the corner from the Meherin and have used them several times in the past and never had a bad meal. However this is the first time I have been since lockdown was lifted. I had a very enjoyable meal . Food was plentiful and delicious. They have had a refurb whilst closed and the ambiance lovely so on that note Food second to noneRestaurant so pleasant Staff Brilliant
Meherin always puts an excellent meal together along with great service and staff. The main man Taz will do his very best to make sure you have a great experience. It has always been top quality. No problem supporting this restaurant I have been a customer for a long time.
Visit here regularly and will continue to do so, best indian in the area by a long shot. Food fresh and very tasty, owner taz and his staff couldnt do more for you if they tried.
Waited nearly 2 hours for delivery. Ordered mixed tandoori. Just big chucks of overcooked meat. The lamb was inedible and the sauce was waterer and with no flavour. Avoid

Extremely Slow Service and Cold Food. Witnessed other diners complaining about the wait for food. Sorry wont be back.
