The beef lo mein had a similar issue with the chewy beef, so I'll be skipping the beef in the future. It's also worth mentioning that there were a LOT of onions—one container even had a partially chopped quarter of an onion. I'm a picky eater, so I typically sort through my food to remove what I don’t want. I don’t know if they ran out of beef for the lo mein or if this is their usual presentation, but they layered the noodles in the container and then topped them with the onions and beef, which made it easier for me to sort through. The noodles themselves were quite good.

This was my mother and I first time eating here. We wanted to try something local. The generals was crispy on the outside but a little mushy on the inside. The chicken fingers are low quality manager special tenders from market basket with the white tendons in it......thats what turned me off the most. The general had a weird after taste. I wont go here again... the lady at the counter acted like she does not speak english. Replying what? not excuse me. Idk i would not reccomend this to people i care about
I wasn't sure what to expect from this restaurant walking into it. It's the type of place that's either going to be absolutely horrible or it's going to blow your mind. I'm happy to say it was the latter. We got fried dumplings starter, crispy beef, and beef and broccoli dinners. Everything was expertly cooked, perfectly seasoned, and very home made. I live out of town but this place is absolutely worth driving for. Can't recommend enough.
I called in an order . When I got there I payed then while leaving I looked in the bag and it was the wrong order. The women looked at me like I was lieing. Then she got the right order charged me more running my card again. When I got home the food was horrid. I have been going there for years but will never go again. The place looks like a dump and the new people are just there for your money.

Their sesame chicken is the only sesame chicken I have ever liked. Everywhere else makes it gross with some brown sauce. I’ve always enjoyed their other foods as well. They have always been friendly whenever I have gone there. Glad to have this business so close to home.
Meis is AWESOME. Food is really good, especially if you go in and sit to get it fresh. Kevin specifically is so kind and it’s a pleasure talking to him while eating great food. Highly recommend the general tsos and “meat buns”. SO GOOD!!
The food waaas so good! Me and my husband loved it, I give it a four stars because the place is not the prettiest and they could definitely upgrade the menu so it has everything updated, but overall really recommend to try the food!
We absolutely love the food here!! We’ve struggled for so long to find a really good Chinese takeout and this is it!!!! We ordered the meat buns and they were SO good!! Highly recommend!
