4 out of 5 of us ordered your cheeseburgers. They did’nt taste good the cheese was cold, the steak had a strange taste and was completely compact, your mayo had no taste and the burger bun was not for us either. We all left almost half of the burgers. When one of the male servants came to clean up, he asked if everything had been good. We were honest and said we didn't think the burgers were good. He didn't even apologize he just went completely silent. We then asked him about the bill. We waited over a quarter of an hour for the bill, after which we ourselves had to ask him about it again. On the positive side: It's very nice to sit in the old town. The seating outside is much nicer than inside. The food and drink was delicious. On the negative side: We still wouldn't go here again because the service was unfortunately very unfriendly. No “Hello” from the start, but a “Yes please??” Furthermore, just a serious expression and no smile. You didn't feel welcome from the start. When I tried to explain why I understandably didn't tip, she didn't seem interested in the constructive criticism she didn't ask for it and she didn't depend on tips. It's a shame, because we otherwise give a lot.
Grundsätzlich eine großartige Lage mit leckerem Essen. Aber: Ein Amaretto Sour, der etwas über 10 € kostet und in einem 0,3 l Glas serviert wird, sollte entsprechend gefüllt sein und nicht nur mit 5 Eiswürfeln. Als ich bei der zweiten Bestellung darum bat, nur 1 Eiswürfel hinzuzufügen, bekam ich ein Glas, das nicht einmal zu 4/5 voll war. Das ist wirklich schade, denn ich wohne hier und würde gerne regelmäßig kommen. Für mich ist das kein guter Bartending-Service. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat in dieser Hinsicht leider keinen Stern verdient.
We had reserved a table for the evening and given the nice weather we got a nice table for two outside. As a starter the carpaccio was really tasty, we shared a portion. For the main course we decided on the currywurst and the Kässpätzle. The food was good, but unfortunately on our second visit the service was rather unfriendly and very reserved. Das war unser zweiter Besuch dort. Der Preis für die Getränke hat mich manchmal schwindelig gemacht. Im Vergleich zu vor zwei Jahren hat sich alles ein wenig verlangsamt, aber wir haben uns trotzdem entspannt und würden wieder kommen.
The atmosphere is very nice, but in my opinion the prices are very exaggerated. The food tastes quite good but not above average. To be honest, I would have expected more for the price
