It was our first time on father 's day Sunday 20.06.21, 1. parking was a problem I presume manager who waved us DON 'T PARK THERE found it quite rude as he would have simply walked to us ans said sorry you can 't park here, however give an alternative place to park. 2. As we walked in to the restaurant we were met by a very friendly staff, had good rapport with the kids. 3. The restaurant was so dark that one can hardly read the menu we had to use the torch on the phone, it was like a co tail bar/club. 4. This is not a child friendly restaurant/Bar as they do not have a kids menu, this is an adults restaurant period. 5. Stuff very friendly but I guess in the wrong setting as manager not frie...
My experience at this restaurant on a Saturday night was disappointing. The starters we ordered were not good - the houmous tasted like washing up liquid and I found pieces of glass in my falafel. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they explained that a glass must have broken over the plates and they didn't clean it properly. We waited 35 minutes for our main course, only to be told that they were busy with a large table before us. Despite it being a Saturday night, the restaurant was not full and the wait was unacceptable. When we finally received our main course, it was cold and lacking in flavor. Myself and a colleague visited here for our evening meal and we were not disappointed. The drinks were lovely and the food was fresh and tasty. Large portions. The service from the front of house staff was attentive and efficient. We ordered starters and mains which arrived at the table with not too much of a wait. Great job by the chefs for making delicious food and to the staff we encountered on our visit.
So Uber eats kept on harassing us and we had a go at a special platter, £35, probably £10 of food on this platter, found out from the restaurant that they charge £14.95 for this, delivery 79p, bill £19.73. I regret not capturing a photo of my meal, it was truly amazing. The Mediterranean cuisine at this restaurant is the best I've ever had. The sauce on the vegetables and rice was particularly outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant for couples or groups of friends, as the service is excellent.
Food and service are both amazing. The lamb and hummus starter was absolutely mouth watering. Tasty cocktails. Clean environment. Nice music. Wish we had brought cash as they do not take tips via card machine! We will be returning :
Had a fantastic evening, service was amazing. Our waiter Mihai was so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable evening. I would highly recommended this restaurant, Will definitely visit again.
