Melinda's Gluten Free Bakery

Heard about this bakery through a gf travel group on fb. made a special trip (even spending the night in a hotel nearby so we could stop in the am before continuing on our trip. Held our breath and hoped it was worth it. IT WAS WORTH IT! I have been gf for 16 years and nearly cried when I tried her flaky pastries! I don't bake so i don't know if what is needed is phyllo or puff pastry dough to create, but I do know I have not had anything this good in 16 years! I've even been to Paris and I search out the best gf goodies wherever I travel. Melinda's is THE BEST!! I live in Florida and bought a ton to freeze and take home with me. My only regret is that I didn't buy more. Amazing!!

All my life I've either made my own GF items or had one baked. The thing is, it would be just the item. Walking into this shop and being faced with all the choices overwhelmed me. I chose monkey bread (I think that's what it was called). It was good (very rich).

SOOOOOOO GOOD FITS INTO MY FOOD ALLERGEN CONCERNS NO PROBLEM! My husband who doesn't have to skirt around gluten, dairy or eggs, ABSOLUTELY loved the treats!

This may be the best gluten free bakery I’ve eaten at! The laminated pastries are so crispy!!!
