There was a tornado on the way so I tipped heavily and with all the fees and tip my grilled cheese with bacon, tater tots and spicy fries cost me 31.00. Not sure what any of them cost but satisfied my hunger. Different than the typical burger or pizza order. The boxes and packaging were a great, added bonus. They cut into the profit so not many places around here do that for sides . Has indoor dining area. Simple menu, the chicken was good the batter is really light and flavorful. The tenders are very large. The Oreo milkshake was $6 and I think well worth it it starts out as a normal milkshake and by the end is super chocolatey from the crumbs that they add to the top I thought it was very good. The burger is not super juicy it tastes like a leaner cut of meat blend and was very good. The chicken sandwich is the same chicken is the tenders just a larger piece but I cannot say enough about how good the bun is it really makes the sandwich. I love the melt shop. Everyone who works here is so incredibly kind. Everytime I walk in, whoever is at the counter gives me a huge smile and greets me. Whenever I order ahead, the food is already ready as soon as I get there (and I usually order less than 10 minutes before I get there). My food is consistently delicious, and I especially like the new packaging. One time, the soda machine was out of the particular soda I drink, and the counter person gave me a 20 oz instead. Everyone who works here should be proud of themselves for what an awesome job they all do!
The menu options not only sound and look delicious the taste matches what the eyes see. I absolutely loved every bite of my Nashville hot chicken sandwich and loaded tater tots absolutely mouth watering. The only negative was I asked for a strawberry shortcake shake and it was more milky then Actual shake no thickness at all more watered down melted shake. My daughters ordered an Oreo shake it it was just as watery as mine. Her chicken tenders were tasty and juicy the meat was cooked to perfection.

First time eating here. Chicken sandwich was disappointing. Small piece of chicken that was about 2/3 the size of the bread it came on. Chicken was very chewy which makes me think it was lacking freshness. Definitely not worth the 9.99 they charge for it, and the quality isn't any better than the major fast food brands. Drink machine was out of diet coke. How do you run out of one of the most popular drinks? I gave 2 stars because at least the staff was friendly. Overall not a good impression.
Delicious this time around! I came before and it was okay. The food looks like the pictures on the menu. The salad and the Saucy Fingers are worth the money. The place as a whole is too expensive in my opinion. However, they do have a good menu with awesome flavors! I will eventually try them all. The fries were great! Crisp and fresh. It 's always a good atmosphere. Overall a great time.
Grilled cheese is cold not grilled or and the tomatoes are cold not to mention the price is ridiculous 2 milkshakes and order of tater tots and one grilled cheese cost $25 No she is OK very small
This was really yummy. Packed with chicken, avocado and hard boiled egg. Chipotle ranch dressing had a very little kick to it. Very tasty. Def would buy that salad again.

Very clean, food was good but a little pricey. For two, spent almost $40 on two burgers, two orders of loaded Tots and two small drinks. Wasn't offered as a combo meal.
The cheesy Fries are delicious. The food is not worth the price though. You get a better burger from Wendy's. The floor is sticky
