there were 5 adults and 5 children in our group. the booking on the phone was extremely simple and uncomplicated we speak a little French that always helps. we have come to samoens for 12 years and we can all really say that this is the best restaurant where we have eaten. the menu is very simple and not overcrowded eating was cooked to home, fresh, hot and fast. we had a lot of appetizers and mix of main dishes from meat, pasta and local dresses with amazing deserts all were beautiful! the restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere, small and cozy. the best was that the service was great with smiling faces of the waitress and barman they are not enough many restaurants that they feel are a numbe...
bad experience! our group of 9 people eat different menus for lunch. we complained to the waitress about the meat that did not live up to the promised and ordered quantity and preparation. she just ignored us and we asked for the chief who gave a lection in French arrogance without willing to satisfy his hospitable.
on the kitchen side, our opinion is shared...Croziflette and succulent omelettes. Salads are expensive for what is in the plate. I had a salad with reblochons. in the plate there were 1 slice of ham and 2 cracks of reblochon (4cm. no more.) the service is very pleasant and effective for a large beard

here first as a couple, then later in the week as a group of 10. the food was great, the staff was really nice. while we were probably a bit loud that you get kids with us, they were absolutely in order. the french tweezers. suppe was amazing! will be back.
Very warm welcome in this restaurant to eat Savoyard specialties. What a pleasure! Savoyard fondue, tartiflette and chatrée soup, everything was delicious. Top service with a smile and humor. I recommend!
