I visited Memories Cafe Bar today and was absolutely blown away by their bubble tea. The owner, Anson, is clearly a passionate and professional individual who takes immense pride in every detail. What sets his bubble tea apart is the quality, he uses real teas and fresh purée (not syrup! , which makes all the difference in flavor and authenticity. From the immaculate branding to the exceptional customer service, everything about this place feels carefully crafted and welcoming.
